PARAMARIBO, Suriname - Nicole Shelley Tsai A Woen was crowned Miss Tropical Beauties Suriname 2015 at the Torarica Hotel in Paramaribo on August 2. She will represent Suriname in Miss Supranational 2015 in Krynica-Zdrój, Poland on December 4.
